MSK Painting was established in early 2013, whilst working with a prominent, German-run company, in Cape Town. We began with painting and waterproofing residential homes. Within the first few months, we expanded our team and brought together skilled members to ensure we achieve the highest standards of workmanship.
From day one, it has been of the utmost importance to ensure that our client’s needs are not only met, but exceeded. We have, and still do, focus on our passion for making forever homes, together with sound logic and some OCD tendencies we have been able to make an efficient vision become a reality.
Within the first year of operation, we worked on high-end projects which included residential estates, apartment blocks, and larger-scale painting jobs with vast specifications and deadlines. We enjoyed these projects as scheduling was crucial to ensure the job was done with the highest standard, in the desired time.
Through the experience of working on high-end jobs, we came across a variety of unforeseen issues which intrigued us to pursue a larger scale operation. This is when MSK Construction was formed. We then set a goal of offering a turnkey solution whereby we are able to assist clients with any service they required. This allows us to control the entire job which in turn allows us to achieve excellence in the work we do.
